1904 Kranich & Bach Parlor Grand Piano.
We are selling this antique piano as-is. We will only be considering serious offers.
This Victorian Kranich & Bach Parlor Grand was left in the house we purchased in Bedford, NY. We want to find a new home for this beautiful piece.
From my research:
“Kranich & Bach was known for their well made, expensive pianos, along with their lavish use of exotic woods and unique cabinet styles. The pianos’ superior tone and construction, was a hallmark of the company”
There are elegant carvings in what I believe is Brazilian Rosewood. The natural keys are made of real ivory and the sharps are ebony.
While this piano has seen better days, it can certainly be restored to its original elegance. The resale for this model ranges between $28K – $40K. If you would like to do additional research, the serial number is 42090. Message me for additional pictures.
The piano currently sits on the ground floor. The buyer will be responsible for moving the piano from our home.
