- Condition: EXCELLENT USED CONDITION, with one small inclusion on rim (manufacturing defect), this piece was hand blown and hand-tooled, a very tiny "bubble" with some slag was pushed into the glass when it was molten and soft while being crimped to form the folded rim. there is a very small, black spot visible and detectable to the touch there. Hand crafted. Part of the allure of this lovely piece is the qualities of being hand made. the shape, proportion and character of the piece are formed by human touch. Each piece of this collection, although characteristically similar is unique.

Hand Blown during the 1940s this beautiful piece of opalescent art glass GLOWS when bathed in UV “Blacklight”. See Photos!
This is an elegant glass vase made by Duncan & Miller in the blue opalescent color of the Canterbury pattern. It measures 5 inches tall and 2 inches across the bottom. The beautiful blue glass shades upward to the heavily opalescent ruffled rim. It is in excellent used condition with a tiny occlusion on the rim. From the look of the tool marks there this is a manufacturing defect. Please review all pictures as they are part of the item description.
